Job summary

Ipas seeks a Workday System Administrator to manage and optimize the Workday platform in a remote-capable role. You will handle security, configurations, data loads, integrations, and upgrades while coordinating with HR to ensure data integrity across Finance and HR domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience with expertise in FDM and exposure to HRIS.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Expertise in design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric systems with a focus on usability.
• Proven record of clear communication (oral and written) with diverse audiences and a record of producing clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine support for Workday functional areas including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
• Monitors tickets, responds to daily support requests, and communicates with internal customers.
• Creates technical configuration including reports, dashboards, integrations, and access rights.
• Writes standard, advanced, matrix and composite reports and complex calculated fields.
• Leads change management for new system rollouts and upgrades.
• Coordinates with external resources to fill internal knowledge gaps and manages these resources.
