Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to manage and optimize the Workday ERP across multiple financial modules and HRIS interfaces. You will configure security, business processes, data loads, integrations and upgrades while coordinating with HR to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.

The role supports contractors and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver timely system enhancements. This is a remote-based position with US salary eligibility and wider remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience, with expertise in FDM and exposure to HRIS.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine support for Workday functional areas including security maintenance, business process configuration, data loads and upgrades.
• Monitors tickets and responds to daily support requests; communicates with internal customers.
• Develops technical configurations, reports, dashboards, integrations and access rights.
• Writes standard, advanced and complex reports; creates calculated fields and worksheets.
• Leads change management and oversees system rollouts and upgrades.
