Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT/finance systems.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience, FDM exposure preferred.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Proven ability to document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine Workday support across procurement, expenses, banking, GL, and projects.
• Configure business processes, security, data loads, and integrations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and custom fields/reports.
• Monitor tickets and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead changes during system rollouts and upgrades.
