Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to manage and maintain the Workday ERP platform across Finance and HR functions. This remote role supports US-based and international teams, coordinating security, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance, oversee external consultants, monitor system performance, and drive process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years Workday ERP, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years Workday ERP experience, with FDM exposure.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine Workday support across Finance and HR domains.
• Performs security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant setup, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
• Engages short-term consultants as needed for projects.
• Monitors tickets and communicates status to internal customers.
• Develops technical configurations including reports, dashboards, and access rights.
• Leads change management during system rollouts and upgrades.
• Monitors system performance and identifies areas for improvement.
