Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Systems Support Specialist III to support customers across the MA-NH-RI marketplace with remote and on-site service. You will troubleshoot complex network, connectivity, systems, and application problems, and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires five years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in networking systems, systems support, interfaces, connectivity, and related software.
• Prior experience with multifunctional devices; network certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites periodically.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of presented problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems efficiently.
• Monitor systems to accept/reject network site surveys and take action.
• Perform confirmation tests as directed.
• Work with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Interface heavily with customer IT personnel.
