Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Systems Support Specialist III to help customers across the MA-NH-RI region with remote and on-site support. You will troubleshoot complex networks, connectivity, systems, and applications to keep client environments running smoothly.

The role emphasizes fast problem resolution, root cause analysis, and frequent collaboration with customer IT teams. Travel to sites may be required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in networking systems, systems support, interfaces and related software.
• Knowledge of hardware and software industry.
• Willing to travel to sites periodically.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of presented problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Monitor systems regularly to accept and/or reject network site surveys and take appropriate action.
• Perform confirmation tests as directed.
• Work with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Interface heavily with customer IT personnel.
