Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions with client needs in the digital workspace space. You will own end-to-end technical relationships, tailor demonstrations, and collaborate with sales to advance opportunities.

The role requires 5-7 years pre-sales exp, strong enterprise architecture knowledge, and the ability to communicate value to executives and technical teams. Location: Remote US; compensation includes OT earnings and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or similar.
• Strong enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management knowledge.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers acting as trusted advisor who is responsible for the end-to-end technical relationship at the customer.
• Lead technical pre-sales efforts including presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes
• Present our Digital Workspace technical & business value proposition at industry events
• Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in expanding account value
• Influence product direction by sharing customer insights and industry trends
