Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions and customer needs in the digital workspace space. You will own end-to-end technical relationships and translate product value into business outcomes.

Lead pre-sales efforts, deliver presentations and demos, respond to RFPs, collaborate with Success, Professional Services and Support, and drive customer outcomes through a trusted advisor partnership.

Qualifications

• Strong relationships with customer IT leaders and ability to guide digital transformation.
• Experience leading technical pre-sales, including presentations and demos.
• Ability to collaborate across Success, Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as trusted advisor for end-to-end technical relationship.
• Develop deep understanding of customers' technical environment and align with the right solutions.
• Provide input on opportunities with sales in account planning and progression of opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge in End User Computing and Digital Transformation and discuss competitive positioning.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and present technology vision to executives and technical audiences.
• Drive meetings, communicate clearly, and influence decisions at all levels from CISO to practitioners.
• Own accounts and advocate for customer interests while expanding product adoption.
• Stay current on product features, market trends, and competitive landscape.
