Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or similar.
• Deep expertise in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Catalog.
• Hands-on development and configuration of ServiceNow components.
• Proven ability to present designs to governance boards and executives.
• Strong Agile delivery knowledge and backlog management.
• Experience leading distributed technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly demand backlog meetings and prioritize initiatives with stakeholders.
• Design scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Present solution designs and architectural decisions to governance boards and forums.
• Manage change requests, deployment planning, release coordination, and production readiness.
• Perform hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration while guiding the delivery team.
• Drive Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
