Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to lead platform strategy, governance, and engineering delivery for the enterprise ServiceNow environment.

You will manage a team of ServiceNow engineers, set standards, and drive AI capabilities while ensuring platform stability, security, and cost control. This is a remote role across the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT leadership and project management experience.
• 10+ years experience in acquiring and managing technology professionals.
• 10+ years managing people in matrix environments.
• 5+ years demonstrated success in matrix management and influence.
• ITIL 4/5, CSA, CAD/CTA or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Extensive ServiceNow platform experience across ITSM/ITOM domains.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel as needed for role.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year ServiceNow strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Governance, intake, demand management, and prioritization processes.
• Lead engineering delivery, upgrades, integrations, automation and support.
• Guide AI capabilities adoption and platform modernization.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing ServiceNow team.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract planning.
• Provide platform health metrics and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to align investments.
