Job summary
CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to lead strategic platform governance, AI-enabled capabilities, and a high-performing engineering team. This is a remote-first role with nationwide US coverage, including target locations beyond traditional hubs.
You will drive multi-year platform strategy, prioritize investments, and ensure service delivery aligns with business outcomes while maintaining security, scalability, and modern architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business or equivalent
- 10+ years leading IT programs or large IT departments
- 10+ years acquiring and managing technology professionals
- 10+ years managing people
- 5+ years in matrix management and influence environments
- Experience communicating with executives/operational management
- Large-scale project or program management experience
Responsibilities
- Define and own platform strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for ServiceNow
- Lead governance, demand management, and prioritization across platform capabilities
- Oversee engineering, upgrades, integrations, and AI capabilities implementation
- Drive platform reliability, security, and performance across ITSM/ITOM/Service Catalog
- Lead a high-performing team of ServiceNow engineers and mature agile delivery practices
