Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the TSA Focus contract. The role is fully remote within the United States and reports to a Program Manager.

You will manage integrated project plans, budgets, schedules, and a multidisciplinary team to meet deliverables and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 15+ years leading agency-wide IT support for a large user community and holds US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience leading the user support function of a large agency-wide IT support contract that serves a user community of 80K agency personnel
• Clearance required: US citizenship to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting
