GovCIO is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the TSA Focus contract. The role is fully remote within the United States, reporting to a Program Manager and overseeing integrated project plans and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates have 15+ years leading agency IT support, a Bachelor's degree, and US citizenship with DHS/TSA clearance. The posted salary range is USD 125,000.00–150,000.00 per year.

• 15+ years leading user support for a large agency IT contract serving 80K personnel.

Responsabilités

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and development projects.
• Manages a project team of multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
