Job summary

GovCIO is hiring for a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the TSA Focus contract. This position is located in the United States and will be fully remote.

You will lead project plans, manage a multi-disciplinary team, track budgets, and ensure quality and client satisfaction across contract deliverables. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years leading large IT support operations, with US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 15+ years (or commensurate experience).
• 15 years experience leading the user support function of a large agency-wide IT support contract that serves a user community of 80K agency personnel.
• Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
• Generally reports to a Program Manager.
