Job summary

GovCIO is recruiting a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the TSA Focus contract. This role is fully remote within the United States and leads integrated project plans while guiding a multidisciplinary team to successful delivery.

The position requires 15+ years of IT service delivery leadership, US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or commensurate experience.
• 15+ years experience leading user support for large agency IT contracts.
• US citizenship required to obtain DHS/TSA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products.
• Manage a multidisciplinary project team and monitor budgets and schedules.
• Review and report on project status, risks, and client satisfaction to the Program Manager.
• Coordinate vendor tasks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and drive progress through issue resolution.
