GovCIO is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager (RSDM) to support the TSA Focus contract. The role is fully remote within the United States and reports to a Program Manager.

The candidate will oversee an integrated project plan, manage a multidisciplinary team, and ensure delivery aligned with contract objectives and client satisfaction. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in large-scale IT support contracts, with US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance.

• Proven track record leading user support for large agency IT contracts.
• Clearance required: US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products.
• Manage a multidisciplinary project team and budgets.
• Monitor progress, report status, and address issues to meet goals.
• Coordinate vendor tasks and review deliverables to ensure quality.
• Lead project meetings and provide status reporting.
