Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; designation preferred.
• Xactimate level 3 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Investigate highly complex field property claims with minimal oversight.
• Assess coverage, issue reservation of rights and coverage letters.
• Collaborate with legal, underwriting, vendors, and agents to evaluate claims.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate complex information.
• Mentor junior adjusters and contribute to training materials.
• Set reserves and authorize payments within authority; manage data and records.
