The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Technical Property Adjuster for a remote, full-time role with field investigations. You will independently manage highly complex, high-value field property service claims and coordinate with internal and external experts to ensure thorough evaluation.

Travel on short notice and leadership in cross-functional discussions are expected. A strong technical background, licensing, and experience with CAT responses are essential to delivering quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years of industry experience is typical for the role.
• Fluent in Xactimate with level 3 certification or ability to achieve.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, public safety agencies, and statutes.

Aufgaben

• Independently investigate highly complex field property service claims including CAT responses.
• Handle estimates on structures averaging $200-300k and claims up to $500k.
• Lead investigations, assess coverage, and issue reservation of rights and coverage letters.
• Collaborate with legal, underwriting, vendors, and agents to evaluate claims.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate complex information clearly.
• Mentor junior adjusters and support training of best practices.
