Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based in Missouri to join our growing remote team. You will manage meaningful personal injury cases, work with a strong support team, and drive strategy from intake through trial while maintaining high client care in a fully remote setting.

You will require 8+ years of plaintiff-side PI experience, an active Missouri license, and a track record of favorable litigation outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in Missouri and in good standing with the Missouri Bar.
• Significant courtroom and trial experience with a history of favorable outcomes.
• Familiarity with Missouri personal injury litigation, procedures, and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation end-to-end: manage plaintiff PI cases from intake to resolution and trial.
• Represent clients in Missouri state courts, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Advise clients on legal rights and options; develop case strategies.
• Prepare and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement demands, and other documents.
• Prepare exhibits, witnesses, and comprehensive trial strategies with support staff.
• Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, medical evidence, and risks.
• Maintain professional client communication and manage a large remote caseload.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, intake staff and departments.
