Bush & Bush Law Group in North Carolina seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) to join our growing remote team. Handle meaningful cases with a strong support staff and flexible structure.

You will lead cases end-to-end, argue in court, advise clients on strategies, and collaborate with paralegals to prepare for hearings and trials. A proven plaintiff-side track record and active NC licensure are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active North Carolina Bar license required.
• Dual licensure in North Carolina and Texas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation end-to-end from intake through trial.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Coordinate trial preparation with paralegals and staff.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and risk to steer case direction.
• Maintain strong, high-touch client communication.
