Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based in North Carolina to join our growing remote team. You will handle meaningful cases with a strong support team, delivering exceptional results in a flexible, fully remote environment.

Candidates must have 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience, an active NC Bar license (TX license a plus), and a proven track record in trial and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active North Carolina Bar license required; dual licensure in NC and TX preferred.
• Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results.
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation end-to-end from intake through trial, including strategy, discovery, depositions, and settlements.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision.
• Advise clients on legal options and develop winning case strategies.
• Draft and argue persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Coordinate with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy.
• Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Maintain strong, consistent client communication and provide a high-touch experience.
