Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based in Missouri for a fully remote role. You will manage plaintiff PI cases end-to-end, from intake to trial, across a supportive team.

The position requires Missouri licensure, 8+ years of PI trial experience, and strong advocacy skills. Competitive compensation ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 with benefits and a flexible remote setup to serve clients statewide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active Missouri law license in good standing.
• Significant courtroom and trial experience with favorable outcomes.
• Strong familiarity with Missouri PI procedures and state laws.
• Exceptional litigation, writing, negotiation and oral-argument skills.
• Strategic thinker with practical judgment and attention to detail.
• Self-driven, organized and capable of managing a full caseload remotely.
• Collaborative team player able to work with attorneys, paralegals and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution and trial.
• Represent clients in Missouri state courts, hearings, mediations and trials.
• Advise clients on legal rights and tailor strategies to facts and objectives.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, discovery requests and settlement demands.
• Work with paralegals to prepare exhibits, witnesses and trial strategies.
• Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage and risks to guide direction.
• Maintain professional, high-touch communication with clients.
• Manage a substantial caseload while meeting Missouri deadlines.
