Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based in Missouri to join our growing remote team. You will manage meaningful personal injury cases, guide strategy, and handle discovery, motions, and trials from a remote setting while collaborating with a dedicated support staff.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of plaintiff-side PI litigation, a Missouri license in good standing, and strong courtroom experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in Missouri and in good standing with the Missouri Bar.
• Significant courtroom and trial experience with favorable outcomes for personal injury clients.
• Strong familiarity with Missouri personal injury litigation, court procedures, and applicable state laws.
• Exceptional litigation, courtroom advocacy, negotiation, legal writing, and oral argument skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage a full caseload remotely.
• Collaborative professional who works well with attorneys, paralegals, intake staff, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution and trial, including strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlements.
• Represent clients in Missouri state courts, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Advise clients on legal rights and options; develop strategies tailored to each case.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, settlement demands, and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate trial preparation with paralegals and support staff, including exhibits and witnesses.
• Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, medical evidence, and litigation risks to determine the best direction for each case.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and deliver a high-touch client experience.
• Manage a substantial caseload while meeting Missouri court deadlines and procedural requirements.
