Bush & Bush Law Group in Missouri seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) to join our growing remote team. You will manage meaningful personal injury cases from intake through resolution and trial, leveraging a strong support staff.

Requirements include 8+ years of plaintiff-side PI litigation, an active Missouri license in good standing, and a proven trial and settlement history.

Qualifications

• Lead plaintiff PI cases from intake to resolution and trial.
• Represent clients in Missouri courts, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Advise clients on rights and options with tailored strategies.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlements.
• Prepare exhibits and witnesses with comprehensive trial strategies.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and insurance coverage.
• Maintain professional client communication and high-touch service.
• Manage a large caseload remotely while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead plaintiff personal injury cases end-to-end through resolution and trial.
• Represent clients in Missouri state courts and hearings.
• Advise clients on rights and options with tailored strategies.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Prepare exhibits, witnesses, and evidence for trial.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients.
