Bush & Bush Law Group seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) licensed in California to join a growing remote team. Handle meaningful plaintiff cases, work with an experienced legal support staff, and enjoy the flexibility of remote work from within the state.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in plaintiff-side PI litigation, strong advocacy and legal writing skills, and a seamless ability to manage a full caseload remotely while collaborating with a support team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license is required.
• Dual licensure in California and Texas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plaintiff-side personal injury litigation from intake through trial.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide strategic guidance and client communication throughout the case.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Coordinate with paralegals and staff for trial preparation.
• Evaluate liability and damages to guide case direction.
• Maintain strong, high-touch communication with clients.
