Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based in Missouri to join our growing remote team. Manage meaningful personal injury cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact—without being tied to a traditional office setting.

You will lead litigation end-to-end from intake through trial, representing clients in Missouri courts. The role requires 8+ years of plaintiff-side PI experience and an active Missouri Bar license; you

Qualifications

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Active Missouri license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation end-to-end: manage plaintiff PI cases from intake through resolution and trial, including strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations
• Advocate in Missouri state courts, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials with confidence
• Provide client strategy and guidance, tailoring approaches to each case
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, settlements and other litigation documents
• Coordinate with paralegals and staff to prepare exhibits, witnesses, evidence and trial strategies
• Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, medical evidence and litigation risks
• Maintain professional client communication and a high-touch client experience throughout the process
• Manage a substantial caseload while meeting Missouri deadlines and procedures
