Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Puerto Rico invites a Mobility Device Management Engineer to join a small engineering team. You will build, test and implement MDM solutions, translate product requirements, and support mobile hardware, apps, and MDM tools in Sandbox and Production environments.

The role requires experience with MDM, MAM deployments, Azure AD, and scripting. You will work with vendors, follow security policies, and provide 4th level support as needed.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with on-premise and Cloud MDM Solutions.
• Experience with MAM deployments.
• Experience with Control Access Policies.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and networking.
• Experience working with automation scripting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as MobileIron and Intune.
• Configure and deploy mobile devices, applications, and configurations based on RTX and BU requirements.
• Develop and enforce mobile security policies, compliance standards, and procedures.
• Participate in vendor meetings to ensure vendor is delivering services timely and aware of product issues.
• Participate in troubleshooting, drive gaps and issues to resolution.
• Provide support for multiple MDM technologies and environments.
• Maintain existing and develop new documentation such as SOPs and System Architecture Guides.
