Job summary

RTX in Puerto Rico seeks a Web Conferencing Support Engineer to deploy, manage, and optimize Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing services, ensuring reliable PSTN connectivity and high call quality. You will provide tier-2/3 support and manage licenses, dial-in numbers, and bridges across Raytheon, PWA, PWC and Collins.

You will use CQD, PowerShell, and the Teams Admin Center to monitor performance and resolve issues, while drafting knowledge articles and supporting release planning.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 1+ year experience.
• Experience in a help desk ticketing tool.
• Experience in a technical support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2/3 support for escalated conferencing issues.
• Add/remove accounts and recording features; support end users across RTX brands.
• Configure Teams Audio Conferencing licenses, dial-in numbers, and conferencing bridges.
• Ensure proper PSTN connectivity for Direct Routing.
• Use Teams Admin Center, CQD, and PowerShell to monitor call quality and network metrics.
• Investigate dial-in/out issues and review end-user call logs to troubleshoot.
• Create and modify Knowledge Based Articles; test new functionality and plan releases.
• Follow English work instructions for daily activities.
