Job summary

RTX is hiring a Sr Active Directory Developer to lead identity management, AD design, deployment, and IAM implementation from Puerto Rico. The role focuses on secure access, provisioning, and governance across enterprise IT environments.

The candidate will implement and maintain policies, automate processes with PowerShell, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, compliant identity services. Remote-first with on-site travel to Santa Isabel as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory environments with identity management focus.
• Develop and implement IAM solutions ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and provisioning.
• Create and maintain identity management policies and documentation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot AD and IAM-related issues for high availability and performance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure security and operational standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AD/IAM with applications and systems.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline identity management.
• Provide guidance to IT staff and end-users on AD/IAM issues.
• Stay current with IAM trends and security best practices.
