Job summary

RTX is seeking a Mobility Operations Specialist to support enterprise mobility and end-user services. You will translate vendor products, support mobile devices and MDM tools, and collaborate with BU Mobile leads on system consolidation and escalations.

The role requires experience with MDM software, ServiceNow, and cross-functional project management, with a focus on security, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience working with international teams and end users.
• Experience with vendor management and mobile device management.
• Experience with ServiceNow or related software and with ticketing systems.
• Experience with customer support, project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support end users enterprise-wide across the US and internationally.
• Design and develop enterprise mobility operations solutions.
• Consolidate end user support systems with BU Mobile leads and manage escalations.
• Maintain and upgrade documentation including SOPs and System Architecture Guides.
• Provide architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring, and backup for multiple MDM environments.
