Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead enterprise-wide virtualization and VDI operations from Puerto Rico. You will guide a team delivering secure, scalable virtual platforms, partnering with technology and business units to standardize and optimize services.

You will shape roadmaps, drive operational excellence, and ensure high availability while aligning with business goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with customers and senior leadership to drive accountability.
• Experience leading reliable operational platforms in global production environments.
• Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure in medium to large enterprises.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Windows integration in large-scale environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and high-availability models.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships across Enterprise Digital Technology to align virtualization strategies.
• Develop roadmaps, standards, and best practices for virtualization platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement, platform resilience, and customer satisfaction.
