RTX Enterprise Services in Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced Exchange Automation Developer to support critical Exchange projects, reporting, dashboarding, and metrics using the Microsoft Power Platform. The role requires hands-on scripting and automation across O365, Graph API, and Azure/Entra environments.

Remote work is available, but candidates must currently reside in Puerto Rico and may travel to the Santa Isabel site as needed.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with 5+ years, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
3+ years as Exchange Automation Developer/Engineer with Azure/Entra
Hands-on PowerShell scripting from scratch and migrating scripts to new environments
Experience creating Outlook Add-ins, Pop-ups, and Banners
Experience with MS PowerPlatform for metrics and reporting from O365
Experience navigating Microsoft Graph API ExO modules, EWS API, SPO/PnP modules, and CSOM

Responsibilities

Write new PowerShell scripts and port existing ones to Azure functions.
Provide guidance on migration of Exchange solutions.
Create automation scripts to improve efficiency using Exchange O365 PowerShell, MS Graph API.
Review M365 environment, analyze scripts, and update them.
Debug PowerShell issues, create test plans, and participate in testing.
