Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Sr Active Directory Developer with a strong focus on Identity Management to join our IT team. The role requires developing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions within the Active Directory environment and ensuring secure user access across the organization.

Responsibilities include designing and managing AD, developing IAM solutions, auditing for security, and supporting IT staff with AD/IAM issues.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent; 8+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years experience.
• 5+ years experience as an Active Directory Developer or similar role focused on identity management.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory environments with identity management focus.
• Develop and implement IAM solutions for secure authentication and provisioning.
• Create and maintain identity management policies and docs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AD and IAM for high availability.
• Conduct audits to ensure security and standards compliance.
• Collaborate to integrate AD and IAM with applications and systems.
• Develop scripts and automation for identity management processes.
• Provide technical support for AD and IAM issues.
• Stay current with IAM trends, SSO, MFA, RBAC.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support across the enterprise.
