Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Puerto Rico is seeking an MDM Engineer to join a focused team. You will build, test, and implement MDM solutions, manage mobile devices, and support both on‑premise and cloud environments.

The role requires strong scripting with PowerShell, Azure AD, and networking, plus experience with MobileIron/Intune and MAM deployments. A remote work arrangement is offered with local residency in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Ability to prepare and deliver written and verbal reports to varied audiences.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and infrastructure teams on upgrades and integrations.
• Experience with both on‑premise and Cloud MDM solutions.
• Experience with MAM deployments and control access policies.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and networking.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as MobileIron and Intune.
• Configure and deploy mobile devices, applications, and configurations per requirements.
• Develop and enforce mobile security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Engage with vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue awareness.
• Troubleshoot, identify gaps, and drive resolutions.
• Lead complex projects and ad-hoc requests independently.
• Provide architecture, maintenance, monitoring, and backup support for MDM environments.
• Propose improvements across service delivery and security.
