Job summary

532 Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to lead maintenance and evolution of legacy systems in a SAFe environment, delivering secure health claims processing capabilities for critical government-style operations.

Applicants must have recent mainframe experience with COBOL/JCL/VSAM/CICS and IDz/RDz; must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Remote within the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Must have COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS; IDz/RDz experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance/claims processing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with substantial mainframe experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coding, unit testing, and debugging of health claims processing system.
• Mentor junior team members and guide maintenance and operations.
• Ensure delivery within SAFe Agile/Scrum framework and adherence to coding standards.
