You will design, develop, test, and maintain services using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and MQ, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong experience in mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS and MQ for application development.
Experience with Healthcare Claims adjudication processes and related business workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement technical solutions for Healthcare Claims applications transforming requirements into scalable mainframe systems.
Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain mainframe claims applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and MQ while following coding standards.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, project managers, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure project success.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to offshore team members and coordinate onsite-offshore activities.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support SIT, UAT, deployments, and post-implementation activities.
