Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 6 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Significant experience handling EEOC charges and administrative agency matters.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience advising employers on employment law compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and defend EEOC charges and other administrative agency matters.
• Prepare position statements, responses, and supporting documentation for agency investigations.
• Advise clients on employment law issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, leave laws, and workplace policies.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical risk-management recommendations.
• Support internal investigations and employee relations matters.
• Draft and review employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR professionals, business leaders, and legal teams on compliance initiatives.
• Monitor changes in labor and employment laws and provide guidance on legal developments.
