The attorney will manage a diverse caseload through inception to resolution, emphasizing legal strategy, advocacy, and case management over business development.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of employment law and litigation experience.
• Experience handling matters before administrative agencies and state or federal courts.
• Strong written advocacy, case management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
