The ideal attorney will handle complex matters from filing through trial, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with a national team. A strong track record in administrative charges, depositions, and pleadings is essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 7+ years of Labor & Employment experience
• Active bar license in good standing
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation matters
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Develop case strategy and supervise junior attorneys when appropriate
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
