Qualifications

• Five+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Experience handling administrative agency charges at federal/state levels.
• Proven success drafting position statements and responding to agency investigations.
• Experience representing employers in mediations, hearings, settlements, or similar proceedings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative agency charges from intake through resolution.
• Draft persuasive position statements and responses to agency requests.
• Conduct factual investigations and develop defense strategies.
• Advise employers on risk, compliance, and resolution options.
• Represent clients in settlement discussions, mediation, and agency-related matters.
• Communicate regularly with clients and government agencies throughout each matter.
