WAHVE LLC is seeking experienced insurance professionals for a remote Operations Business Analyst role. This home-based opportunity rewards significant insurance experience and offers a long-term, flexible schedule with company benefits.

You will liaise across underwriting, accounting, compliance and IT, translate requirements into functional specs, and manage multi-state policy lifecycles including rating and issuing. Join a dynamic virtual team delivering client-focused service.

Competenze

• 25 years of full-time work experience required.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience required.
• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT etc.

Mansioni

• Liaise with various operational areas such as underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, information technology, etc.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to technicians.
• Become proficient in managing multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy life cycle including rating/pricing, quoting, and issuing policies, plus related activity.
• Participate in and understand the development of operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows dependent upon line of business, company, state, rules and regulations.
• Serve as SME regarding preparing data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
