Job summary

WAHVE is seeking experienced insurance professionals for work-from-home Operations Business Analyst roles in the United States. You will support insurance carrier or MGA clients, liaising across underwriting, accounting, compliance and IT to translate requirements into actionable specs, managing multi-state, multi-line accounts and contributing to KPI development.

These remote, long-term positions offer full or part-time schedules with company benefits.

Qualifications

25 years of full-time work experience required.
10 recent years of insurance industry experience required.
Experience managing multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle.
Ability to translate customer requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other areas.
Translate customer requirements into clear functional specs for technicians.
Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle including rating/pricing and issuing policies.
Develop operational KPI’s and service standards.
Process transactions and follow varied workflows by line of business and regulations.
Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and insurance departments.
