WAHVE is seeking experienced insurance professionals to work from home, offering a flexible full- or part-time schedule while continuing to utilize your insurance expertise in a remote, long-term role with benefits.

Assignments support insurance carriers and MGA clients in Operations Business Analysis, including liaising with underwriting, accounting, compliance and IT; translating requirements; managing multi-state accounts through policy life cycles; and developing operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other operational areas.
• Translate customer requirements into functional requirements understandable by technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line policies through the policy lifecycle including rating/pricing, quoting and issuing.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
• Prepare data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
