We are seeking Insurance Operations Business Analyst candidates who can liaise across underwriting, accounting, compliance, IT, and other areas, translating requirements into actionable specs and managing multi-state accounts.

Qualifications

• Significant insurance industry experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other operations teams.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into clear functional requirements for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle including rating/pricing and issuing policies.
• Support development of operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow diverse workflows per line of business, state, and regulations.
• Act as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
