WAHVE is seeking experienced insurance professionals to work from home in Operations Business Analyst roles. The positions emphasize leveraging extensive insurance know-how to support carriers and MGAs remotely, with full or part-time schedules and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates will bring long-term commitment, a deep understanding of policy lifecycles, underwriting liaison experience, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Translate conceptual requirements into functional specs for technical teams.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy lifecycle (rating/pricing/issuing).
• Understand development of operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow workflows per line of business and regulation.
• Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments.
