Job summary

WAHVE LLC invites seasoned insurance professionals to join our remote Operations Business Analyst team. This long-term, work-from-home role lets you apply extensive insurance experience across underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT to translate business needs into concrete requirements.

You’ll manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through the policy lifecycle, contribute to KPI development, and prepare submissions to rating bureaus and state insurance departments.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, information technology, etc.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements for technicians.
• Become proficient in managing multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Participate in development of operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows by line of business, state, and rules.
• Prepare data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
