Job summary

Brightflag is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant on our Professional Services team to own end-to-end implementations for large enterprise customers, configuring the Brightflag platform and guiding data migrations.

You will work across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, manage multiple implementations, and drive long-term customer health in a fully remote US West Coast-friendly role, with a competitive base salary and bonus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies including SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.
• Excellent project management skills, planning and risk management across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple complex projects without dropping the ball.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical approach to requirements gathering and problem solving mindset.
• Curiosity and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers and ensure on-time go-lives.
• Act as trusted guide to customers’ stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Oversee multiple implementations, manage priorities, risks, and escalations.
• Translate business and technical requirements into a clear implementation plan.
• Configure Brightflag platform for enterprise scale, including workflows and security.
• Develop and own data migration strategy for large datasets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature requests and integrations.
• Work with Customer Success to define success for each implementation and long-term relationship.
• Ensure enterprise needs are met for growth, adoption, and satisfaction.
