Brightflag, an AI-powered legal spend management platform, is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end enterprise deployments on the Professional Services team. You will configure the Brightflag platform, drive data migrations, and advise customers navigating significant change, working across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure long-term health and satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to translate complex requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data ETL, migration tasks, SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.
• Strong project management across multiple concurrent projects (waterfall & Agile).
• Proficiency with Office tools and collaboration platforms (Jira/Smartsheet).
• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers on time and to spec.
• Act as trusted guide to customers throughout implementation phases.
• Oversee multiple enterprise implementations with prioritized timelines and risk management.
• Translate business and technical requirements into a clear implementation plan.
• Configure platforms to meet complex enterprise needs, including workflows and security.
• Own data migration strategy for large datasets with cross-team coordination.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on integrations across enterprise stacks.
• Define success metrics with Customer Success Manager for ongoing relationship.
