Job summary

Brightflag, part of Wolters Kluwer, seeks a Lead Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end enterprise implementations. You will work remotely from the West Coast US, guiding clients through technical configurations, data migrations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure long-term success.

You’ll partner with Legal Ops leaders, drive complex multi-entity projects, and shape Professional Services as the team scales. A strong mix of technical depth and client management is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies including SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.
• Excellent project management skills across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers to go live on time and meet expectations.
• Act as the customer's trusted guide throughout implementation with legal operations leaders and stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously, managing priorities, risks, and escalations.
• Translate customer requirements into a clear, well-sequenced implementation plan.
• Configure the Brightflag platform to meet enterprise scale, including workflows, guidelines, reporting, and security needs.
• Develop and own data migration strategy for large datasets with internal coordination.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature requests and integrations across enterprise stacks.
• Define success with the Customer Success Manager and establish long-term relationships.
• Ensure enterprise needs are met during implementation to support growth and adoption.
