Brightflag is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant for its Professional Services team. This fully remote role serves West Coast–based candidates and focuses on end-to-end implementations for large, complex legal organisations.

You will own data migration strategies, configure the platform for scale, and guide customers through technical and operational changes with a trusted advisor approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements effectively with both technical teams and non-technical customer stakeholders.
• Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies including SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers with complex structures and high volumes, ensuring on-time go-lives.
• Act as customer’s trusted guide throughout implementation with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Oversee multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously, managing priorities, risks and escalations.
• Partner with customers to translate business and technical requirements into a clear implementation plan.
• Configure the Brightflag platform to meet enterprise scale and security needs.
• Develop and own data migration strategy for large datasets, coordinating with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature requests and integrations across enterprise stacks.
• Work with Customer Success to define success metrics and long-term relationship planning.
• Ensure enterprise needs are met during implementation and positioned for ongoing growth.
